REGISTRATION FEES

Registration packages will cover conference access, morning and afternoon refreshments,
the welcome reception, five lunches, the excursion (Wednesday afternoom, sept. 5^th), the
conference dinner (Thurday, sept. 6^th),  an electronic copy of the proceedings, and conference
material, including the detailed program and abstracts.

Early registration rates will be available until June, 17^th 2018; afterwards the participants
will have to pay the standard fees.
 

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made in advance and in Euro (€), using one of the following payment methods :

• On-line payment (paybox system) : all credit cards are accepted except American Express
  (the transaction costs are too high). Participants who have chosen this payment method will
  be redirected to a secure online payment site after completing the registration form.
  
  
• Bank transfert : You can do a bank transfert to the bank account of the conference.

  requested to clearly indicate "PHOST/C2018UPSPC11 + first and last names' on their
  transfer orders. The registration will be validated once the payment has been made.
  You will then receive a mail of confirmation.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the social events associated with the conference.
