Conference dinner

We are pleased to invite you to the restaurant "Le Clos de Paulilles"
Located in the Anse de Paulilles "Grand Site de France", Les Clos de Paulilles located between Collioure and Banyuls, covers 100 hectares of valleys and shale terraces, including 65 hectares planted with vines. This restaurant has been conceived as a meeting place between the sea, the mountains and the vineyards, a particular sign of a Catalonia that only borders the Pyrenees.

The Chef offers fine cuisine and local specialties based on seasonal products, from our beautiful Catalan terroir and Mediterranean flavors. The meal is made around food and wine pairings.
